Welcome to JobShop's Online Guides+ Assessment Enrollment program. Before you can begin accessing the Guides, you need to supply us with some information about you. This information will be used by you whenever you want to log on and view a Guide or to print a "Certificate of Completion" of those Guides that you successfully completed. By enrolling you also permit your case manager to monitor your progress.

You must be at an Online Guides+ Assessment location to complete this registration. Your case manager will need to input the organization's access code in the last form field below.
